Beyond traditional buying and selling, Christen brings firsthand experience in investing, renovations, development, and navigating Austin's zoning and permitting process. She founded Austin's first East Side Home Tour, opening the door to listings most buyers never see. It has since expanded with localized, off-market tours across the city.

 

Christen lives in Cherrywood with her husband, Will, and their son on the kind of quintessential Austin street clients often call hoping to find. Outside of real estate, you'll usually find her on the volleyball court or at Houndstooth Coffee.
